Rainer Holler is CEO of VIER GmbH and is rethinking customer dialog and communication. The business graduate and EMBA wants to set the new European standard for AI-supported customer interaction with the German software company. To achieve this, Rainer Holler attaches great importance to mutual trust, cooperation and transparency. Rainer Holler is a passionate campaigner for the idea of symbiosis between humans and AI and sees the combination of the best capabilities of human and artificial intelligence as the basis for a successful economic future.

Rainer Holler is CEO of VIER GmbH and is rethinking customer dialog and communication. Carsten Fiegler, Vice President Business Communications
As Vice President of Business Communications, Carsten Fiegler is responsible for the successful expansion of the company's business with intelligent, AI-based contact center solutions. He has been successful in IT and sales for over 20 years.
Before joining VIER, he was Strategic Global Alliances Director at Genesys Cloud Solutions, where he was responsible for GSI partners in Germany. Previous career positions include Oracle, Veritas Software, and Attensity/Sematell.

Daniel Krantz, Vice President AI
As VIER Vice President AI, Daniel Krantz focuses on the orientation and expansion of AI activities, the further development of the VIER product portfolio, the development of new business areas and the expansion of strategic partnerships. Daniel Krantz has a degree in business administration and previously worked at Otto Group and Freenet, among others.

Steffen Langstädtler, Vice President Cloud & Platform Services
Steffen has been VIER Vice President Cloud & Platform Services since August 2021. For Steffen, topics such as technological scaling, stability, high availability, reliability and security are the linchpins of his work and for the continued success of the technology company VIER. Before joining VIER, he worked at Sartorius AG and STI Group.
